Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through our authorised logistics partners. Delivery availability is subject to the courier serviceability in your area.

Shipping Charges 

Our shipping charges are simple and transparent:

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹699
  • ₹100 shipping charge on orders between ₹1 and ₹698

Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email along with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days
  • Non-metro & remote locations: 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Yugaherb is not liable for delays beyond its control.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.
You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The package was tampered with during transit

Return Request Process

To raise a return or replacement request:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos and/or videos showing:
    • The outer packaging
    • The product received
  3. Email the details to info@yugaherb.com

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Refund Policy

  • Once the issue is verified and approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement, as applicable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, incomplete information, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may incur additional re-shipping charges, which will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
