Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Yugaherb, we take great care to ensure that every Ayurvedic product is prepared, packed, and delivered with the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
Because our products are consumable in nature, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure customer safety and product integrity.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • If your order is cancelled before dispatch:

    • A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • If shipment has already been arranged, applicable shipping costs may also be deducted.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after deducting forward and return logistics charges once the product is returned to our facility.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Since all Yugaherb products are Ayurvedic and consumable, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  1. The product received is damaged or defective.

  2. You received the wrong item due to a fulfilment error.

Please note:

  • Requests must be made within 4–5 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with labels, seals, barcodes, and invoices intact.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded due to health and hygiene reasons.

  • Items purchased under discounts, promotions, or special offers are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged.

  • Taste, aroma, colour, or texture variations (which naturally occur in Ayurvedic ingredients) are not considered valid reasons for return.


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email hello@yugaherb.com within the eligible window.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, batch number, and invoice.

Do not send any item back before our support team confirms your request and provides return instructions.


4. Return Pickup & Inspection

  • Once approved, the return will be scheduled for pickup within 4–7 business days.

  • Upon receipt, the returned item will undergo a quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be processed only if the product passes inspection (sealed, untampered, and in original condition).


5. Refund Timelines & Mode

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–15 working days after successful inspection.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer, once valid bank details are provided.

  • Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take an additional 2–3 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.


6. Products Damaged in Transit

  • Please check your package at the time of delivery.

  • If you notice any damage, leakage, or tampering, report it immediately to support@yugaherb.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

  • After verification, we will arrange for return pickup and process your refund accordingly.


7. Important Exclusions

For safety and hygiene reasons, no return or refund is possible for:

  • Opened or partially used pouches or jars.

  • Products exposed to heat, moisture, or contamination after delivery.

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.


8. Policy Updates

 

Yugaherb reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
